Promise: Modernize Country in just 5 years
Intention: To make the country Industrial
What Happened: Around 5 million people wee killed Stalin ask of his country to fix the country in 5 years.
He wanted them to make industries and modernize the country and "fix" every bodies problems. And even though they knew he was full of it they all clapped for him for long periods of time afraid that they would die if they stop clapping. Having every reason to be afraid, one guy was caught being the first to stop clapping and he was sentenced to death. And one guy who was clapping wasn't supposed to be clapping so he was sentenced to death too. So afraid people kept clapping. Stalin reminds me a lot of "Big Brother" making list of people who opposed him. He scared people to death and took away their freedom through fear. Causing them to agree with things the didn't believe in. And a lot of people died in the because Stalin was so paranoid. Stalin even killed his own friends just because they were becoming popular and threatened their power.

What happened: Women still had to take care of children alone, they worked the less pay jobs and they still had to take care of the house alone.Stalin passed a law saying hat women can work now.
But what happened is that the women could only work certain jobs. And the jobs that they could work were the ones that were not as good as the ones men could work at. And then when they got home they were expected to take care of everything their selves.

What Happened: He ended up getting all of the people's(government's) money.
Stalin was supposed to use the money to fix the country, but instead he just kept it and started collecting every ones money for himself. And he even started taking food from the farms and telling them what they were to grow and what they were not to grow. So that caused a major food crisis and thousands of people died because of the farmers couldn't grow what the people needed to live.

What Happened: Terror Security
Stalin indeed provided security, but it was more like the security for him and himself alone. They security actually did the opposite of protect the people, but trying to protect their selves they killed people because of they didn't kill who Stalin told them to, they would be killed. And so when it came time to vote people were so terrorized that they voted for Stalin.
Hope: To establish a modern government based on the "Three Principles of the People".
Change: Sun gave up his position to Yuan to quickly turned on the democratic ideals of the revolution.
Result: They ruled territories as large as their armies could conquer.Sun wanted their to be voting in China instead of dictatorship.

Christianity
Would the world be a better place with out christianity? Well, if I wasn't a christian it wouldn't even be worth it. I don't want to die with nothing to look foward to after life. Nor do I want to go to heaven doing what ever I wanted to do. If it wasn't for christianity I would be a down spirited person because I would have no soul. I would hate people and want to do teturous things to people. The world is not a place to be without guidience. So I look to God because I know he leads me to do good and that he wants be to obe the best I can ver possibly be. And because of that I do good onto others and most of the time treat others how I would want to be treated.
I want to be a saint believe it or not. Lord knows I'm not a saint. No where near. When I try to do good I do bad things when I trying to be good. So I keep being as kind as I can be and as generous as I can be. It seems as if people don't care about when I try to be good, so I decided i'd go kill myself. But in the Bible it said i'd go to hell, I don't want to take no chances so I decided not to take my life. And when I wanted to kill others, God's word stopped me. Even when I wanted to "Do it" I felt watched by God so I didn't do it. I know at least 7 kids who didn't commit suicide just because of the Bible said. I know people who didn't kill someone because they thought God would handle it.
Revenge is a big thing that christians are not supposed to do. Therefore, a good christian would try to forgive or forgive someone no matter wha they did. They would just say, "God will deal with you, I will not do anything." I seen it on the news and on movies all the time. On movies based on true staories even. They say, "I won't kill so-and-so bescause God told me not to." So do you still think that the world would be a better place with out chritstianty?
